Hazelwood Green Design Presentation

Meet the Carnegie Mellon University and Tishman Speyer development team as they present conceptual plans for a new research building at Hazelwood Green. Refreshments will be provided.
Location: Hazelwood Initiative's office, 4901 Second Ave., 2nd floor. Building is wheelchair accessible.

Gladstone Hiring Fair
March 23 | Thursday @ 2pm-5pm
Hazelwood Initiative Inc. and The Community Builders, Inc. have partnered to redevelop the former Gladstone School located in Pittsburgh’s Hazelwood neighborhood into affordable apartments. The Development Team is actively seeking local residents and Section 3 workers for a variety of jobs.

Elizabeth Parklet Cleanup and Flower Planting
April 1 | Saturday @ 10am-3pm
Join Hazelwood Initiative and Trying Together for an Earth Month cleanup and beautification event to bring in the spring! Lunch will be served after the cleanup (around 1pm). Stay tuned for a sign-up sheet. 30-person limit.
