Our mission of development without displacement means making it possible for Hazelwood people to stay in Hazelwood if and for as long as they wish to. To that end, we have assembled this list of housing resources to help residents get the housing help they need. Each resource includes contact information in italics telling you exactly where you can learn more about the details of the program and apply. We hope this guide will be helpful to you!

Hazelwood Initiative Inc. and others across the city are mourning the passing of Dave Brewton. He served as the community development corporation’s real estate director for 10 years before retiring in March of last year. He died on July 10 of metastatic prostate cancer.
